England have beaten South African team 'Platinum Stars' (one of the best names for a football team) in their final warm-up game before the World Cup. Jermain Defore, Joe Cole and Wayne Rooney scored the goals in a solid win which allowed the players their first real chance to adapt to the conditions of playing competitively in South Africa.
